Terry Taggart was born on a farm in northern Oklahoma. His artistic training includes a BFA from the University of
Oklahoma and a MFA from Ohio
State. His experiences include teaching at the University of Guam and at the University of New Mexico.
His art is a reflection of a varied background
and grows out of his interest in visual perception and art history.
